The Geek Redefines

Can you change everything you hate about yourself?

Here’s a more important question…

Do you know everything that others hate about you?

Where do you start? Can you handle what they honestly think about you? Can you listen to it and not scream back in their face everything they do wrong? It takes a strong person to ask for real honesty. It takes a stronger person to accept it and agree to be better.

Being a new you will mean,

1. losing friends you thought you had

2. dealing with people who don’t believe you can change

3. lots of other negativity and adversity

If you want a better world, a better city, a better family, a better life… start with you. Once it’s in the works everything else will seem easy.

See, the most simple and obvious truths are the hardest to get a grasp of. Good post to get people thinking about themselves…(you know this is not a problem with me)… because people seldom take the time or trouble.
On the other hand, my dear, departed friend John never got sick of telling me; ‘If you didn’t spend so much time worrying about what other people think of you, you would realise how seldom they do.’

It is so true… Worrying about what others think of you is an inverse vanity that leads to self-doubt and depression… It really comes down to, can you live with yourself if you saw how you really are… Changing for you, not doing things for popularity sake…

      Its a very yin-yang relationship, isn’t it.
